You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if the request is made within 7 days from the purchase date. After seven days from the purchase date we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that progress made on a course that you desire to return for an exchange or refund can not be more than 20 percent. 



After receiving and evaluating your refund request please allow up to (5) business days for your refund to be processed.
